It is a Press Release of Federal Democratic National Forum [FDNF] a political organization of Nepal among 25 parties representing in CA.FDNF is for the establishment of Limbuwan, Khambuan, Tamangsaling, Tharuhat and so on other autonomous states with the right to selfdeterminaion on the basis of historical backgroung of ethnicity, language and regions in Federal Democratic Republic New Nepal.FDNF had conducted its movement before CA election for the meaningful, result oriented and successful election of CA in Nepal.In this process, Nepal Govt. and FDNF with others had reached to do a five point agreement on 1 March, 2008 at Baluwatar. There had been mentioned that the agreement would be constitutionalised by the Constituent Assembly after the completion of CA election. Now, the CA eletion is completed and Nepal has already entered into the Federal Democratic Republic New Nepal. As well, Nepal Govet. is preparing for the 5th ammendment of Interin Constitionon 2007 now. In the same time, Madheshees are obstructing the meeting of CA. At the same time, the CA members of FDNF and Dalit Janajati Party are aslo taking part in this movement for the inclusion of their issues on Interim Costitution as done and promised on agreement.But, the Government is not taking it seriously. So, we are demanding for its proper address. If the Govt. doesn't care our issues and do not include on constitution then we will again compell to declare another final movement from Limbuwan, Khambuwan, Tamangsaling to Tharuhat and so on. So, we are informing this statement to all of concerned people, organizaion and parties as this way. Thanks!
